je citai le label discographique Odradek, apparemment assez peu distribué _ et encore moins connu des mélomanes _ en France…

Pourtant,
je me souvenais parfaitement de posséder au moins un CD de ce label _ américain _ Odradek Records…

Et en recherchant dans les _ bien commodes _ archives de mon blog « En cherchant bien« ,
je tombais sur cet article-ci, en date du 11 juillet 2019 : « La perfection de l’interprétation du plus pur fantasque de Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach : Vittorio Forte en son « Abschied« ,
qui me signalait aussi, au passage, que c’était un coup de fil de l’excellent Philippe Le Vigneron qui, se souvenant de mon goût très vif pour l’œuvre sublime de Carl-Philipp-Emanuel Bach, avait pris l’insigne peine de me téléphoner pour m’informer tout spécialement de l’existence de ce superbe CD Odradek ODRCD 368 « Abschied« , de Vittorio Forte, interprétant magnifiquement, sur piano, et nous pas sur clavecin, CPE Bach :
un CD qui l’avait donc très vivement impressionné !..

Un excellent CD, et un excellent interprète, en effet :
j’avais donc conservé en ma mémoire le nom de ce label Odradek Records, fondé aux Etats-Unis en 2012 par John Anderson, et assez peu distribué et assez peu connu en France,
et qui tire son nom _ un patronyme plutôt tchèque… _ d’une nouvelle de Franz Kafka : « Le souci du père de famille » …

Odradek Records, based in the United States, was founded by John Anderson in 2012 as an artist-controlled label for performers wishing to release recordings with more freedom than with other labels. Designed according to the model of peer-reviewed scientific journals, Odradek Records allows submissions from any performer, and these submissions are evaluated by other professionals. The founder, John Anderson, described this process: « Artists are chosen anonymously based solely on a demo recording by a committee of myself and four others, who rotate year to year. » In 2014, the label launched the open-access online blind team judging platform Anonymuze.com, and since then all applications to the label have been processed through this platform. In 2015, the label opened a jazz imprint, followed by a world imprint in 2018.
